Once again, Andale Charging Customers without their Consent..

Question
In the ongoing world of AMS providors, Andale just never seems to be able to get it right. Here is an Article from AuctionBytes about 2,000 customers being charged for a service they did not order. I cannot believe this company is still in business, wasn't there a Class Action suit against them for charging customers for services they did not receive a few years ago?
Here is the article:
Andale accidentally billed some customers in September for services they did not order. On September 1, the company launched a new product by combining two existing research services into one. How to Sell previously cost $3.95/month, and Price Finder cost $3.95/month. Andale merged the two and is charging $7.95/month for the new offering, called Research.
But Dan Rousseau, Customer Operations Manager, said Andale accidentally charged over 2,000 customers $7.95 by grabbing a wrong data set in their customer database.
One former Andale customer wrote, "It just irks the daylights out of me to suddenly receive an email announcing that I am on the hook for a monthly fee unless I decide to decline the service. I haven't done anything with Andale in several months."
After a few customers contacted the company, Rousseau said they realized their mistake. They are going through their database analysis and will start issuing refunds Tuesday. They hope to be done by Wednesday, but are certain they will be finished by the end of the week. He said they are deeply apologetic for the mistake.

Answer
YEP! I got the email saying I had to decline by the 25th to not be charged and if I was charged, I would be refunded. Well, it's been so long since I've used Andale that the bank account I was using then is now closed
I replied to the email that I did NOT want the service and was sent the 'knee-jerk autoreply' email that was not helpful. I then received 2 separate emails about how they couldn't charge my bank as the account is closed. They threatened me that I would not be able to use their services at all if I didn't pay promptly
I answered each email right away and received the same canned auto-reply that was not helpful.
I'm glad to see this thread. I wondered why they started me up again. It was a nightmare getting them to stop billing me before.
