Question
I really need a good auction management tool. This one looks great, but I kinda hate to pay $49.95 per month for the consignor tool.
I searched here on here and found some users that liked Shooting Star, but I thought the interface left alot to be desired....Mpire has a much better interface. I looked at Auctionworks, which apparently is Marketworks, but didn't try it.
Thanks.
Answer
I looked at it but I'm too cheap. And I couldn't see that it gave me anything (that I needed) that Inkfrog doesn't already provide for less $. Maybe I missed something.
Answer
I didn't look at Inkfrog yet...I will go check that out now.... Thanks!
Answer
I've never used an auction tool. what do they do? are there completely free ones(I'm cheap )
Answer
lol my auction tools consist of wysiwyg at the auction sites... I too am cheap lol
Answer
I am trying to find a one-stop shop to manage large numbers of auctions. I sell my own goodies and sell for others and it becomes a pain to enter all this information in invoices, spreadsheets, etc.
I am cheap, too. I want it all for next to nothing. LOL

Answer
the only thing i really need a tool to do is to list an auction once every hour all day. ebay charges a fee to choose a start time.

I'm in the test drive mode with AuctionSage and love it! I doesn't have a consignor mode per se, but I was reading somewhere in the info and it suggested using the vendor field (or one of the misc fields or something like that) for that if you are a trading assistant, etc. I don't sell for other folks, so I didn't pay attention - I just remember seeing it mentioned!
And I do love it so far. Inexpensive and easy to use and it has the ability to manage off eBay invenotry management and sales as well (which is the feature I was looking for!)
