New feedback but my total didn't go up

Question
I got a new positive feedback from someone I've never sold to before, but the total next to my ID didn't change, although it did go up on my feedback page. It says 580 positives on the feedback page, but the number next to my ID says 579. Since I just started selling again after a long break, this is my first feeback in over 2 years. Do they no longer count if you stop selling for a lengthy period?

Answer
They still count! Your new fb still counts. It just sometimes takes a while for it to migrate up to your score. I don't understand it, but I've had it take days to update . . . .

I've noticed this lately, too. My fb number seems to go up at about 11:00 pm.

Answer
Happens here, too. Just takes it awhile-heck it even works like that when you leave negs

Answer
Its been taking days for feedback to actually update

Answer
It's been happening to me too lately, eventually they'll get around to it.

Answer
I'm told on another board that Live Help has admitted to a problem with the feedback updates. They are working on it with no ETA on when it will be fixed.

Answer
The feedback number on my old selling ID has been wrong for at least 1-1/2 months.
It says I've got 10,018 unique positives and 3 negatives.
Yet the number beside my ID is 10,016 (link) .
I guess 18 - 16 = 3 now.

Answer
correction 18-16 = -34 ebay style
