USPS website trouble... my zipcode is rejected

Question
I'm trying to make online labels, but their page keeps telling me that MY zipcode is invalid. Anyone experienced this? I've added the Zip + numbers, retyped everything (they keep it stored, anyway) but it just won't work. I'm dead in the water. Looks like it's manual if I want to ship today.

Answer
It happened to me this morning. I was able to get two labels printed and then logged out. Then I found one more that needed to be done and couldn't get it to recognize my zip code.
I told the girls at the post office that the postal website says they don't exist so they may not be getting paid this week.

Answer
Still not working here, either. Thanks for the echo.

Answer
If your talking about the Shipping Asistant, I've only printed 2 labels this morning with it and it worked ok.
About a month ago when I filled in the zip the other 4 digits would automatically appear for some reason and I had a couple of addresses that were rejected..That went on for about 2 days..I figured the were updating the software or something like that.

Answer
Not the shipping assistant, this is the Click n Ship tool. It's fixed today.

Answer
I have had quite a few zip code rejected when doing labels.
On one the people had lived in the same home for over 30 years and had the same zip code but the usps site wouldn't accept it. I ended up printing the label by hand and it got to them just fine.

Answer
Have had this problem with Click n Ship off and on for about a week now. Sometimes my karma is good, other times it's not... and the problem is always with my zip code, so obviously something glitchy in their system.
