Tutor: Well people, welcome to the training center.
First let me explain a couple of things.
infront of you where you see the TV is called the monitor screen.
Unlike the TV, you can use the device which has alphabets in it to write what you are thinking. It's called the keyboard.
Now, I'm going to explain to you about dealing with questions and how to answer each one of them.
1. Always mention your name first and tell the customer: "Please give me a minute to review your question".
2. Once you read the question and you don't understand the question still, how do you think you should ask the question again?
Whole classroom answers: "So how can I help you with this issue?"
Tutor: That is correct!
Now as you can see there is a book to your right near your screen pointer which is called a "Mouse", that is the eBay live manual book, just incase you got stuck with a question. ( originally called eBay live help for idiots, but we changed the name of the book to give these mor... I mean people morale)
And very final advice before I let you go into the real wonderful and vibrant world of eBay, "do NOT take it personally when a customer is angry".
Whole classroom answers :"Yes, ma'am"
Tutor: Wonderful, now you are all certified eBay live associates who are very important to eBay's growth . (think balloon: yeah... right...)
*** And so everyone got their certificates that they can print out at home and hang them on their walls with pride.
