Question
I have started to list again after the summer slowdown. They have changed the End of Auction Notices. They no longer tell you which COUNTRY the address is for. I have looked and looked. It lists the address, but not the country. This is fine for the USA as I do know my states, but I have had alot of international bidders and this is getting confusing.
Answer
I hate the new EOA notices as they are now identical to the store items closing too - Makes it hard to determine sometimes what is a store item and what is an auction!
Answer
The buyer's country is listed on the auction page itself if you are signed in. I noticed that so far all of my internationals have the country on the EOA except Japan.
Answer
I do my own end of notices and I click on the end of auction notices ebay sends. So now it requires openning up the auciton to see where it is going. It does not make any sense as they have the persons name and address which includes, street and town but not country and I am not up on all the cities of the world to know which is which, so far Japan,Australia and Canada have not been listed.
Answer
So you are saying they have....once again...."enhanced" something that was working just fine already; and created more work for sellers in the process!???!
Sounds like the only thing that ever really changes at eBay is the date on the announcements of the things that weren't broke, that they keep "fixing".
STOP "HELPING" US....PLEASE!!!!!
Answer
Well, I just got one and Australia was listed. So I don't know, maybe it is how the buyer puts in information.
Answer
I had an auction end yesterday: I never got any EOA, and actually never even received a listing notice on 2 of tthe 3 I listed. And yes, I am checked to receive email from ebay.
Answer
Ebay is just getting us where we rely more and more on our my ebay so that we won't complain as much when they eventually remove direct seller to buyer communication.
Answer
