It was Bidville. During the Cleveland Indians game tonight I'm watching and the changing ad banner behind the batter says "Bidville.com" Must have dropped a good chunk of change on the ad but it doesn't seem like they have that many auctions up! I've never looked there before. Apparently they are getting some traffic cuz I got to the main page and looked at a category then I get

I don't have an opinion on Bidville other than being glad another company is putting out a real effort, but if any of ya sell there I hope it brings you some buyers!

According to BidVille they have 3 million listings. According to Mootalk which used to maintain a sell through rate chart for BidVille, the figure is closer to 1.5 million items listed with a sell through rate below 1%. In its latest SEC filing BidVille claimed to have almost 1 million registered users. According to the company's 2004 Annual Report their 2004 revenues were only $91K and they reported a net loss of $8.2 million.

That error message has been around for a very long time at Bidville, that was one of the reasons I moved to Bidera.
