Question
I just wanted to stop in and let you guys/gals know about a great product i found.
I have an always on internet connection, and i always have my email account open, so I started looking for a program that would help offload some of redundant emails i receive.
Pocomail allows you to search for any pre-defined keywords in an email. I have mine set up for:
mailing address for payment, mail-in payment, money order address etc. These emails are replied to with a template that has my mailing address. It then sends the emails over to a folder that is: autoreply for mailing address. I check the emails to make sure my template email answered their question, and i delete. If it wasnt what they were asking, then i put in a reply.
I have been doing this for a few weeks, and my feedback has been FANTASTIC. A lot of (emailed back within minutes) type stuff.
I have another one for notification of payment received. This emails the buyer back and lets them know that payment has been received, and that the order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs. This one is working really well. Customers always know where they stand.
I also have one for subscribe/unsubscribe to my new products email i send out about every 3 weeks or so. Ive only sent out one so far, but it gives the buyer the choice of opting in or out of the list at any time, with next to no input from me.
This tool for the $35.00 has more than paid for itself already. I highly recommend pocomail.
Thebat! is also another email service, which actually seems to be slightly more robust, however I couldn't get the auto-replys to work so i went with pocomail instead. Besides i like the way poco looks a bit better.
