Answer
Thankfully, I am not using BidChaser. I do have ZERO tolerance for spams. I get spammers fined by our State. I report them to the FTC. And I report them to their ISPs and get their email and website access deleted for acceptable use policy violations. It is the least I can do. I recommend this for all unsolicited commercial spams.
I also recommend that everyone OPT OUT in any privacy policies where some company claims to have the right to allow their "affiliates" the right to spam their customers. This is a wide open "we can spam the heck out of you" statement. One of the worst offenders I've found was Publisher's Clearning House. When I was on their site, I received spam from nearly everyone possible. I had to delete that email ID replacing it with another and remove myself from their site to regain peace and quiet.
I've heard some people create an inbound forwarding email ID just for each site they communicate with. Neat idea. Spams then are a pointer back to the offender and it is more black and white who did it.

Answer
Leo has apologized profusely for the spam, and acknowledged it was their error. It was supposed to have been a mockup of a page, sent in-house. Somebody on staff goofed and sent it out.

This isn't the first time they've been accused of spamming, what's their excuse for past spamming? I guess all those ones were "errors" too?

Answer
I'd have to agree . . . this is not the first time. In fact, there are two other threads just on this forum in the past month or so reacting to SPAM sent by these guys.

There were posts elsewhere too, but this is enough to show a pattern - not an "oops, it happened once on accident, we're so sorry"

Answer
Since I've never been spammed by them personally, I took it at face value. All my own dealings with them have been pleasant. Sorry that's not been the case for others.
