Question
.......when attempting to list auctions last night using eBay's Sellers Assistant Pro I'm constantly kept getting:
"Could not retrieve token"
Error #35
Summary: Invalid user name or password
Result: Token not retrieved. You will not be able to use any call that interact with eBay until a token has been successfully retrieved.
Anyone else getting this or know why this is happening? I refreshed everything and tried again this morning but am still getting the same thing, this is very frustrating!

I think you just have to "resubscribe" so the token is fixed. You can do that from SAPro, somewhere on the first pull down menu on the left. Did you change your password?

Already tried that (and haven't changed password or anything)......this is so frustrating!

You'll have to contact SAPro support. I think it is under Selling, Tools, or something like that. There is also an SAPro board in the community boards with some very knowledgeable and very helpful folks.
