Buyer registration says United States
I hit the Send Invoice button and it says Buyer's ZIP Code is foreign country
My auctions says US Shipping only for this particular item.
EOA from eBay says US city/state/ZIP
I pull contact information and it is the same as EAO from eBay.
? is how can this happen?

Someone stationed in Korea that has a spouse/family in the states.
I'd send the invoice to the US City, State and Zip Code provided, and mail the item there too, unless he/she sends you and APO address. Those ship for the same amount as USA addresses through USPS.

I agree that it's probably a military address. I had an item go to an military base in Korea with a US zip code listed on the address. I only knew it was Korea because the buyer put it down as the Country. I asked the Post Office what to do and they told me that if I put "Korea" on the envelope they would charge international rates but if I left it off it was treated as domestic mail.
I left "Korea" off and sent it and it went through fine. If you're not sure about this particular address you should ask your friendly neighborhood postal employee to be sure.

the bidder paid and supplied an address for a shipping company. He might have a container there and has it shipped once it is full. I will be shipping it out tomorrow.
