Left Feedback Now Says Didn't Receive

Question
A buyer left me feedback for two items on July 13th. Now he emails me to say he only received one of the items. It was international sale so there was no tracking. The two items were sent the same day in separate packages by Airmail Letter Post to Australia
Any thoughts?

3. He received both packages, left feedback, and then decided he might be able to get a partial refund.
I could probably come up with some more, but there's no way to be sure which of them were really true.

Answer
If you still have your postal receipt they can still track it whether you had insurnce or not by the number on your receipt..I had a couple that they tracked and found both of them..they told me one had been delivered to the wrong flat and they found the other one setting somewhere in California.
I just looked at a handful of overseas receipts and they all have a label or serial number..that must be the number they track it with...you'll have to fill out a lost package form but I believe you have to wait 30 days.
