ok... after 4+ months of no negs and neutrals,
I got 3 negs and 3 neutrals back to back.
The 3 negs got removed. Apparently... all 3 idiots didn't remove the protective sleeves from their iPads so they thought that it's badly scratched , used and... the screen has bubbles. :rolf:
So what do I do with the neutrals? ...
I just neg them... I won't bother contacting them. THe neutrals will disappear from the first page in a day or 2.

Wow, we haven't sold any items yet, but are in the electronics game too. I hope this isn't what we have to look forward too . I'd laugh at the situation, but they might de-rail sales which isn't funny to me. Good luck in the future.

LOL! I remembering having the same type of problem when I was selling appliances at Sears. I took many upset calls from customers who were convinced their washer or dryer had a blue control panel. Sometimes it would take some serious convincing that it was a protective film and that we didn't viciously change their order so that the panel would be blue.
