You go to the forum you want to post in and on the upper left is where it say's "new thread".
Is that what you are looking for. There are lots of forums to choose from. You can also go to the middle of the red bar on the top and it say's "New Posts" and this will show all new post in all the forums since you last looked. This way you don't have to check each forum. Saves lots of time.
