Question
I've been trying to find one page on the usps site that had guidelines for each mailing class, even if teach class is a link. For example-the guidelines for something qualifying as first class-I know it's gotta be this and that, and the qualifying for media, etc. I know there is a page that has all that info, but cannot find it. I can find pages with odd info here and there but nothing all together.
Thanks to anyone that can give me what it is I seek

tek-that's close, but after quickly glancing at it last night I don't think it mentioned anything about whatever it is that must be 3/4 of an inch think(which is why people put packing peanuts in their envies ), and the restrictions of different mailings and what you can and can't do with some of them.
Violet-that's a nice resource, close. Thanks for that link.
Answer
Look under 101 Physical Standards section 3.2 Machinable Parcels.
"Not less than 6 inches long, 3 inches high, 1/4 inch thick, and 6 ounces in weight. (A mailpiece exactly 1/4 inch thick is subject to the 3 1/2-inch height minimum under 601.1.2.) "
