Question
I didn't think these would even get a bid, and I was thinking I might bid if the seller relisted at a lower price. Ljungberg Collection Plates I guess I was wrong!
There's not very much Ljungberg stuff listed, so if you have some, be happy.
Answer
Probably has nothing to do with the fact they are from Brennan's Restaurant in New Orleans... an internationally famous restaurant, especially for the desserts they serve like Banana's Foster and Cherries Jubilee... the same desserts that are served on those plates in the restaurant and whose recipies are listed on the plates....

Answer
You are seriously mentally disturbed.
Answer
And where does that leave us? Where it always has. With you saying, "I'm done with you, PG," but we both know you are not. You always come back. You always click on threads I start. You read every word I write here, and your response is always, ultimately, "I'm done with you, PG."
Who is seriously mentally disturbed?
You.
Answer
No. You said I could not leave you alone. You said I keep coming back to you. I said you are wrong, that it was YOU who kept it up.
And I did ignore you for a long time. You did a pretty good job of ignoring me as well... but you started back up. You did. Little swipes here and there. Posting that screen cap on AE over and over... you started back up first. You could not leave well enough alone.
Now. I have not been disruptive in this thread. I stated that the REASON for the price is not the maker of the plates, but rather the subject. I did so in a slightly sarcastic manner, but you should have been able to see that the plates were being marketed to Brennan's collectors rather than collectors of that plate set. Why is that so hard for you to see? The name of the plate manufacturer isn't even in the auction title. The fact that LJungberg made the plates is not the reason they went to $51 or that you were unable to purchase them below the opening bid price of $13.
Answer
I thought the opening price was too high.
They started at $3.25 each...how much cheaper did you expect them to be listed for? Seller didn't "play games" by listing with a reserve...didn't put his/her investment in jeopardy by listing at one cent, instead opened with a reasonable opening bid that probably covered the investment and gave a small profit...and you wanted it even cheaper?
What is it that we so often hear sellers complaining about?...oh, yeah, the flea market (read "cheap") mentality of the buyers
