When I try to sign in I get a 'cancelled page opening' message after the title graphic loads in. Tried several times in different browsers - nada. I hate to imagine what they are up to now.

I can't access My eBay either and although someone did just paypal me a payment I am getting one of the 4003 errors....can't access paypal...try again later.
