Bidville.com suspends members based upon postings on other sites.

Question
It would seem that the management of Bidville (having now blown 47 million dollars) suspends members on their site for postings on other sites. Even though they can't verify it's the same person, they don't seem to care and now have mass suspended many MooTalk/MC members.
Is it right for a site to suspend members based upon what they say elsewhere? How can it be a violation of a sites rules? How do they KNOW it's the same person as anyone can pretend to be just about anyone else on message boards.

Bidville has even admitted in writing to the BBB.org that they suspended members of their own site based upon what they posted on MooTalk/MC. So if you are a member of those sites, or even here if you complain about a site on a message board (like this one) you could be suspended and your credits you paid for taken away.
Sound fair? Not to me. It doesn't even sound legal.
Many members have already filed complaints with the BBB and government agencies.
Is this the kind of operation that a company with nearly 50 million in capital the last two years should be running?
