From looking at their site, it appears you can pay USPS directly for shipping. Anyone do this and share information/experience.
I know several here use other fee-based sites/tools and also like reading comments regarding their use as well. But I haven't read any comments regarding using USPS site directly to print shipping fees.

I'd love to be able to, however, since all my packages go with insurance, I have to stand in line at the post office anyways.

I took a look at that the other day, but I guess its not for me.
Appears the only shipping option that way is priority, while I need media mail. When I do use priority, most times its the flat rate envelopes, anyway... not sure if they allow those prepaid.
Signed up for endicia, to go with the pac-n-seal I just got. If I can get a chance to catch my breath, I'll start the change over.

Yes, I've used it for priority mail. It produces a bar-coded address label with the address information and DC code. The amount is charged to a credit card. It's great if you don't require insurance. Under one lb. - drop in a box, others go to the P.O. and you can just lay on the counter.

I use it all the time for Priority Mail and really like it. Luckily, my postman picks up the packages when he delivers my mail. I still go to P.O. for insured packages and those that are extra heavy, but it saves a lot of trips.

I use it all the time for my priority mail packages, mostly because of the free Delivery Confirmation. I use Clickstamps for my other packages. Our post office is always so busy, I'd spend way too much time standing in line otherwise.
