Question
when I try to run dazzle, it hangs at the checking account status page saying waiting for response. I've emailed endicia but no response yet. is it down for anyone else or is it just me?? thanks

well, got a response from endicia and they say it is not a problem on their end. said they thought I had a problem with a firewall. and that was pretty much the extent of their email.
anyone else ever have problems like this with dazzle? it's worked fine, I don't run a firewall (I have zonealarm installed but am not running it right now). I have done nothing except install a new printer. I got a thermal label printer to print postage with. dont' see how that could cause a problem since after installing it I can't even get endicia to run and see the new printer.
I've never had very much luck with their email support

no problems on my end. I just used dazzle around 20 minutes ago.
try to just reboot your PC. It happens to me too sometimes.
