Answer
I grew up in Hope, Ar. and we moved when I was 17.
I went to visit my sister in 1995, and the town was really run down in the 10 years since I had lived there.
$100,000 for a home is really high there, so the guy is making out pretty well.
When we moved, I was so mad. I thought there was no better place in America...I was wrong http://community.here.com/infopop/em...icon_smile.gif
I've since lived in many places including L.A., Miami, and Wilmington.
Hope is okay, but I sure wouldn't want to live there again http://community.here.com/infopop/em.../icon_razz.gif

Answer
Of course the internet taxes apply to that sale right? http://community.here.com/infopop/em...s/icon_eek.gif

Answer
What Internet taxes?
I'm sure there would be a sales tax for the sale of the home. I guess it depends on what the state of Arkansas requires.
Is there some kind of sales tax for selling on the internet?
If so, I haven't been collecting it.
It does say;
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>There are NO property taxes on this property due to Arkansas Homestead Exemption. <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
This might have something to do with it, but not sure.
