Think I have a snowball's chance at collecting?

Question
Newbie 0 fb bidder (1 pos, 1 neg = 0). Has bid on 83 auctions and won about 50 of them, almost every single one in the last 6 days or so.
Used BIN on two of my auctions yesterday (both under ten bucks). Haven't heard a peep out of him yet even though we sent an EOA and Paypal invoice.

Answer
Sorry, Busker, but I wouldn't bet on getting paid if I were you.
eBay needs to consider limits on how many auctions a newbie can have active bids on.
Your bidder sounds like he's playing a game.

Answer
A newbie with absolutely no feedback at all is limited to 20 items bid on until the newbie either gets some feedback or has a paypal account.

Answer
What's the neg for? How does the feedback received/left of the eBayer who gave him a neg look? Did the person who gave the neg jump the gun or hand out negs for things like the seller having a paypal cc logo in their ad but refusing to take paypal? Did the person who left the feedback leave the other person a neg first and then received a retaliatory one back?
sorry but I'd want more info

Answer
His neg is for no contact, no pay. And the seller wasn't jumping the gun, I don't believe. I think a few weeks went by between auction end and neg left for him.
And he didn't leave a retaliatory neg either. Seems not to care. If you or I won an auction, I'm sure we'd try our best to contact the seller ASAP, and probably within hours, or even right away.
I wasn't too concerned until I saw all those auctions he won. Some dating back 6 days or so. And he isn't building up feedback, so that tells me he isn't paying anyone with Paypal, at least.

Answer
So.....didja get paid? Or even hear from the buyer? Hope so.
I try to pay as soon as I get an eoa-either from the seller directly or with instructions in the ebay notice. It's amazing how many buyers don't know how to go use paypal.

Answer
He paid a few says later via PP, but never emailed. The PP notice was the only notification, and it took more than a few days after the auction ended. A dangerous way to start out, not emailing sellers, but he's building pos feedback now.
Items shipped. Hope he likes them.
I didn't think he would pay. Glad it worked out.
