Question
7 hours to go and we're pulling a whopping 5%
i was hoping for at least 15%, i doubt we'll see half that.
strange.
Answer
I can't complain at all....looks like I will end somewhere between 33 and 40% sell thru.....
....plus there is a real ugly bidding war going on for one that ends in a couple of hours.
Answer
Mine are so much better than I expected, selling 8 out of 11 items. I think that's about a 73% sell through and they don't end until later tonight. I have lots of watchers and several bids on a couple of the items. And I started them all with prices I could live with if they all sold for starting bids.
I hadn't done any listing on eBay since the price increase and wouldn't have listed now except for the 10¢ listing fee. Now I'm glad I bit the bullet.
Packrat, don't you just love those bidding wars.

imosh, it's just the wrong time of year for you. All the kids here are concentrating on finals and end-of-school stuff. No time for internet surfing.

Aint that the truth!!!
It's been a LONG time since I have seen one like this one tho.....
.....15 watchers
.....14 bids
.....7 different bidders
.....And bumping up around the $200 mark now
And I would have just shrugged my shoulders if it had went for the $18.87 openers. Never expected it to be so popular.
Answer
I listed about 20 items, the bulk of which have a few hours to run, so it is not over til it's over, you know? And some were listed for ten days - though Friday is my worst day for closing, especially on a holiday weekend. But I have had at least one BIN every day, so I am not complaining.
And consider this: I would have listed most of these anyway, as I want to have a continuous presence on eBay.

Answer
I had about 100 listings and sold over half of them. I'm pretty pleased.
Answer
imosh I sell to the "alternative" crowd too and had really, really soft sales; the worst of any promotion this year. you can never predict, we may be rolling in it next week for no apparent reason.

Answer
I sold ZERO! Glad it was all 10¢ listings *sigh*
Answer
Well - I hadn't listed on the e since the fees with exception to one or two items...I took advantage of the fixed price sale and the 10 cent listing sale. I had a 35% sell-thru rate - and was pleasantly surprised.
What's most interesting is that 61% of my buyers were reasonably new (< 100 feedback)...So - as much as we'd like to expose the market to different options, they continue to flock to to the e....
Hodie hummm!!!
