Question
I have seen some BEAUTIFUL stores on eBay...especially the ones whose item listings page is completely customized with colors, graphics, etc.
This might be a dumb question, but, how do they do that? Do they create a "custom page" and point to it as the landing page?

Lisa, they create their own HTML and then copy and paste that HTML in the Description box. I'm sure that there is other coding too; much beyond my experience.
You may get some help in making your listings the way you wish from the "Website Design and Production" and/or the "Graphic Arts and Digital Photography" Forums.

when you open a store on ebay you can click on the "manage storefront" at the bottom of your store page.
this will take you into the store front builder.
there are different sections where you can go in and put your coding.
the header and the custom pages section.
it is really easy to navigate in there so you shouldn't have any problems.
