How does a person, say with all negative FB sign up again with a new ID. Would he have to have a bunch of credit cards with different names? Maybe this is a goofy question, but I had to ask anyway. Phyllis http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif

All they need is a new email addy to open a bidding account. A CC is only needed for selling. Even then, you don't need a CC if you have a checking account for direct debit.
edited to add: I forgot that they changed the rules for using throw-away email accounts (hotmail, yahoo, etc) for those, you do need to register a CC.

Negative FB does not prevent you from opening up another account. Only if you are suspended and try to open another account do eBay frown upon it.
