Question
I'm not sure if this belongs in the eBay forum, the General Discussion forum or the Computer Help forum... but here goes.
When I try to do the Turbo Lister Backup TL pops up the following message after copying about 10-25 records -- "Your system has run out of disk space. Please free some disk space and try again."
I have a 40GB harddrive with less than 5GB being used. I cleared cache, ran ScanDisc, and Defrag. I am on 98SE with IE 6.0. I have only 204 records (according to TL) on TL that need to be backedup. As an experiment I did an "export" of all the listing records to space in the same folder as the TL Backup resides in. There was no problem doing that.
Anybody have a clue what might be going on? Oh, yes. I have done all the updates also. It happened before I downloaded the last set today and it still happened after I just downloaded the most recent one. I am really puzzled over this one!
Answer
Somebody on the eBay Turbo Lister board has the same problem, and they got it fixed:

Thanks, DUI. I'll go take a look. I'm so use to the board I always forget about the TL board. Duh!! Hopefully they'll have the fix posted.
Answer
Post your question over there to six_pack, and he'll sort it out. TL is loaded with problems and a ram hog....try another program.
Answer
Thanks, I'm all squared away now. I read the advise in the thread and sort of did what was suggested with a few modifications for my situation.
