Not sure what is happening but over a month ago I started having trouble with claiming FVF credit for deadbeat bidders.
As usual I filed the Non Paying Bidder alert, waited 10 days
and then filed for FVF. The message I get is "Whoops, you have not filed an NPB" which I most certainly have and have the email from ebay to prove it. I now have about 6 bum transactions and they all return the same error message. Anyone else have this problem? If not do you know an email address for eBay where I can straighten this out? The "Help" section is totally useless.
Any help would be appreciated.

It's probably eBay's way of preventing a refund. Not sure, but after other things they've tried, I wouldn't put it past them http://community.here.com/infopop/em...n_rolleyes.gif
If this does happen to others, this could mean more legal trouble, but eBay seems willing to risk it considering their past.
