PayPal reversals

Question
This is the 2nd time in 1 month period I got a reversal, one for $265 (which I got reimbursed just recently)
and just today for $72
I sent to an unconfirmed address.
Do you guys think it's worth it to only accept confirmed address for protection?

Answer
we've done 5,000 + paypal transactions, and have only denied unverified payments a handful of times. i think we've had maybe 3 reversals in 5 years.
what were the reasons for your two reversals?

Answer
Do you suppose it is the type of customer who buys in your categories?
I have been fortunate not to have had this problem, though I have had shady customers over the years. In my case, it seemed that the problems always occurred in just a few categories, and not in others. The few that were complaints of non-delivery were resolved since I had either the DC or Insurance on them.
I have had more problems with "Christian" items than with my "BellyDancer" programs. I guess that is why the former go to church.
Boy Scout items also hold the record for the largest percentate of NPB's.
lol.
However, I also think the way I answer queries and complaints has a lot to do with inhibiting potential scammers from messing with me.
Some of the tips I learned here over the years have really helped. To go into all that in this thread would be a very long discussion, so I will refrain for now. I can get pretty long winded.
