Question
Guys, some of you may have rememberd I posted something about a buyer who has been harrassing me for a refund and threatens to report me to the internet fbi or something only because he thinks I didn't purchase insurance for him, AFTER I told him that I have and WILL replace the item?
Well guess what... I managed to give him partial refund and have him leave me a positive feedback since he is very afraid that I'll leave him a negative.
Now since the ball is in my court, and I absolutely am disgusted with this buyer
I really want to leave him a negative... and BAD negative, but I don't feel like having him clenching on my tail and be a pin in the butt.
So what do you think? i'm planning to leave him that negative ina month and ignore all his e-mails.
Answer
If he was actually an unreasonable PITA, I would leave a non-personal neg to warn other sellers, add him to my blocked bidder list and drive on. Anything more would just be inviting more trouble and aggravation.
Answer
I would respond with a positive or a neutral with a reasoned warning to other sellers.
Answer
Part of me says that it would be nice of you to warn other sellers, so that they can be aware of potential issues.
Part of me also says that it might be best to leave a neutral, or avoid leaving feedback at all if you think this person might develop into a serious stalker (as in, graduate from sending nasty emails to actually showing up at your house).
Answer
You probably should step back from the transaction, take a look at everything that happened and consider whether you would be over-reacting, as it appears (to me) the seller in this thread was, when they said:
Just got a neutral saying that My label for address and stamp is slightly bent.
Yes people you read it right... this 0 feedbacker left me a neutral only because I did not stick my mailing label in a straight coordination with my box.
So... my response will be a negative to that buyer.
