He stole my pictures and description. Too bad he uploaed the pics to eBay, otherwise I would had some fun playing around with the pics. I would never had known but a customer pointed it out to us. If someone here says "If you don't have 20 of these to sell, why worry about it?".... well, go ahead, make my day.
Add to the pic and description thievery, that he started his auction before mine closed. He very well could have cost me more bids at the end. He might have took money out of my pocket as well.
He's been reported. If eBay doesn't shut him down, I don't know what.

Did you contact the seller and ask him/her nicely to remove your pic and text? They have zero f/b so may not be aware this is a no-no.
It takes eBay so long to deal with anything the auction may be over before you get their decision.

Let's just say I contacted the seller. While I didn't blast him or call him names, I did not have a nice tone, nor do I feel I owe him that. He might have cost me money.
I told him to do his own work next time.
