I saw someone mention payko.com on an ebay forum. Has anyone ever used this?

I have used Bidpay for an item I bought from a seller that did not accept Paypal. It was about US $3 or $4 for a Western Union money order. The transaction went well but to be honest, I probably wouldn't go through the hassle again unless I really want the item. Let's face it, Paypal is just too convenient and when it is done, it’s done.
I checked out the payko site and it appears that the shipping of the money order is FREE but the Paypal charge starts at $3.99 and goes up depending on the amount. Bidpay is better known and because Payko is not cheaper, I wonder why someone would use this over Bidpay (unless I’m missing something)?
