"Police allege that in October 2004, Swails used the popular online auction site eBay to defraud a man living in Sherrodsville, Ohio, by offering a 2003 Hummer for sale.
Swails allegedly accepted a bank check for $28,000 and never delivered the vehicle. She was charged with third-degree grand larceny in connection with that incident."
