***eBay Stores Phone Support Starts Today***

Hi…This is Chris Tsakalakis again, Senior Director of eBay Stores. Back in February, I told you about some new things we were planning for Stores sellers. I'm pleased to be back to let all Stores sellers know that beginning today, you will get toll-free phone support as part of your eBay Store subscription.
Phone support will be available Monday through Friday, from 6am to 6pm Pacific Time, and the toll-free number is listed in the Manage Your Store section of My eBay.
And as a reminder, all Stores sellers who have a paying eBay Store for the full month of April will receive a $15.95 credit (a month's Basic eBay Store subscription fee) in May as a "thank you" for your business.
We hope you enjoy the new phone support, and stay tuned for more to come.
