March's Bottom-Ranked CEOs

It's been a tough month for Meg Whitman. First, she gets locked out of the Magic Kingdom, and now she places last in our CEO Approval Ratings. In March, the eBay chief was reportedly in negotiations to fill the top job at The Walt Disney Co., but got passed over in favor of Robert Iger, the company's president and chief operating officer.
It appears there are a lot of folks on the Internet who wish she'd gotten the job. Whitman's approval rating sank a point to just 1%, putting her in our bottom slot for the eleventh time in the last twelve months.
