Question
End of last month and into this month a German bidder bid on multiple items on both store and Auction. No contact from this person after 2-3 emails but I finally figured out total with combined shipping on Feb 3rd and emailed her, no contact by the 7th so I emailed her again.

Today I get three emails from Ebay refering to her store bids, here is one:

I see the bidder has been NRUed but can Ebay cancel a bid on a store item 3 weeks after a bid?!
To make things even more confusing I decided to go in and get the final fees back on the rest of her items. As usual the NPB screen took me right to the Final fee credit as it should for a NRU but when I filled that out I got a "whoops you have not waited 10 days for the NPB etc..."
I asked Ebay about this because the last time that happened on a NRU they gave me the credit.

Anyone else run into this problem?
To make thing more interesting I guess the "you have not paid your seller" email finally got the buyer's attention and she finally wrote me telling me about the problems Paypal is having changing the accounts for German members and she is still trying to get her money transfered and will pay me when it is finally there.
Looks like I may finally get paid, but are the three store sales cancled as Ebay says?

Check your inventory and see if they've added back the sold item.
Other than that, it shouldn't matter. Buyer sends money, you send item.

WOW!!! Ebay cancells the sales and you have to wait the 10 days. http://community.here.com/infopop/em...s/icon_eek.gif Make sure you get the listing fees back then
I guess then you sell to German buyers and ebay gets Zero for the FVF.

My experience is sellers get notified of bidder buyer NARU on any live item - store item or auction/fixed price active listing.
No notice on a closed item.
I've had it happen before as well in my store...buyer still came through with the $ and I completed the sale anyway...
