Wondering About eBay Drop Off Stores and Shill Bidding

Question
I was recently looking at feedback for an eBay drop off store that made me wonder if the "buyer" was actually the consignor based on the feedback left for the transaction.

Wonder how hard shill bidding would be to prove in the case of a middle man? Would it even be called shill bidding?

Answer
Yes, I believe it would be shill bidding.

Answer
What prompted this question was some feedback I noticed for one of the drop-off stores. A newbie buyer posted feedback on two items sold by this store. One feedback was "bought back china" on an auction for dinnerware and the other was "need to pick up" on an antique candlestick. The drop-off store left their standard "fast pay, hope to do business again" for the buyer.

I might have a better eBay selling experience by allowing a drop off store to sell my items and bidding on them myself. <insert sarcasm emoticon here>
