I just got an email from eBay saying this item has just been purchased...great, I say to myself! Next email in my inbox, after the email from eBay, is an email from the buyer.
Here is the buyers email:
We would like to order 3 plants and have them shipped to our Arizona address. Please ship to (buyers name) (buyers address) (buyers telephone number)
WHAT THE HECK DID I DO WRONG IN THIS AD THAT THE BUYER THINKS I WAS SELLING ROSE BUSHES AND NOT A POSTCARD (I even had a picture of the postcard in the listing!).
Here is the email I just sent the buyer:
UMM...you DO realize you bought a 1930s postcard with a picture of a rose bush and NOT a living rose plant...right? :-)
This email is just a joke , right? :-)
I did enjoy the joke and giggled at it.
Purchase price for the postcard, including shipping, is $6.49.
You may pay with paypal by sending payment to (my paypal account)
You can send a check or money order to
My address)
Thank you for your purchase of this vintage postcard.
Sharron
Hope I didn't make the buyer mad with this email

Answer
I don't know what to say.

Answer

I bet they back out and don't buy it.

Answer
They were probably thrilled to buy rose bushes, Arizona is very strict about mail-order plants. Boy, are they gonna be disappointed lol!

Answer
i just looked at your auction, and your winner is on drugs if they think that was for a real bush.

OK, we need a new ongoing thread...
MOST DELUDED BUYER
I was going to say "Most Stupid", but I didn't want to offend.
You post was too funny!

Answer
There just mat be a "reasonable" explanation for what happened.....
.....your buyer joins eBay today
.....enters "rose bush" in the new enhanced search and checked the "lowest to highest" box
....and thanks to eBay helping us....YOUR auction pulled up FIRST
See...it *IS* working already!

Answer
Dianne wins her bet...buyer doesn't want a postcard...he "really thought he was buying a real live rose plant", or so he just wrote me
Packy...I know, I know, new search expansion...but if he put in "rose bush" in the old, unexpanded search he would have gotten my item anyway as my title DID say rose bush...ebay does some wierd things but this one can't be laid at their feet (not this time anyway!)

Answer
