I want to relist an item ONLY for a specific buyer to purchase...I THOUGHT that there was a way to do that, but I can't find it...

It's Pre-approved bidders for a specific auction.....
Still waiting to see if it works, but it looks like it....

Use a pre-approved bidders list (with just the one person). It is item specific, so it won't block bidders from your other items.

I recently had a seller list a specific auction just for me. She literally titled it:
custom listing for old_river_rat and then sent me the link via email.
If you want to list for one specific bidder, you might try this method.
