Anyone charge 'restock' fee or similiar on non-pay that pays?

Question
Occasionally I'll have a non-pay that I have already filed and waited additional 10 days to recoup my FVF's, FINALLY PAY!
If item is still available to send and I do, so am I obligated to reverse the non-pay? Does any one charge a fee for this (say, restock or some percentage).
Bummer non-pays are so much added work! (would include an angry face here but here isn't loading properly)
Anyway wondering how others here handle the ever-so-s...l...o...w-to-pay buyer.

Answer
This has only happened to me once or twice. I just did the reversal and let it go. If it were any more frequently I'd think of a plan..
Generally I relist right after filing for fvf so the item isn't usually still available

Answer
Hi Linda,
No. I have only had this happen once that I recall. When I file the nbpa I send a note as to why and that they have 10 days to get the payment to me, but if I do not hear from them with in 48 hours of the email I will relist (but block them first).
I have only had to follow thru and file 4 npba this entire year.

LUCKY DOGS!
Sadly I generally have the item available. I do however block them from bidding. I have had some come back asking why they have been blocked...well gee, let's see...you took too darn long to pay...get a clue!
The 'get a clue' is just something I say to myself (my mom's latest catch phrase, that she uses way to much! http://community.here.com/infopop/em...icon_smile.gif)
