If I'm correct, you sell stuff on your site, so that technically makes you a company.
I don't agree that eBay should take the lax stance they do in handling scammers on the site, but they're not going to do anything about it. I'd forward them many of the phishing scams I received, way back when eBay phishing was a new thing, but gave up quickly when I realized it didn't make the slightest difference. I'd give up on trying to convince eBay to mend their ways...
