I'm interested--don't see any way to list in US $, though. BUT, I also don't see a requirement to accept payment in Aussie $.
Do listings posted through the AU site show up on the US site?

I don't know about your other questions, but watch out and don't place any reserve auctions on eBay Au. The fee for reserve auctions on eBay Australia is 3% (3 times the price on the USA site).

Yes, Aussie listings do appear on the U.S. site, as long as the seller has indicated on the listing form that he/she will ship to the U.S. I assume that's not the default setting on the listing form though.
