Hi,
Need some help a bidder bid on over 25 of my auctions using buy it now then immeditally left neg feedback for all 25 I dont know who this person is.
I have contacted ebay through the feedback removal but was wondering if there is a phone # to reach them.
Waiting 10 days for removal is a long time and can cost me alot of bids due to this BS and at a time I can ill aforde it.
also I know I can file for Final auction value but is there anyway I can get listing fee credit for these item. They had to be relisted again.

what I would do is answer the first one with a discrete but explanitory comment and not worry aobut it

How upseting. Did you try live help? It's tough waiting. Once I had a girl give me two positive feedbacks that I was a kick ass seller, probably a compliment in her book but not in mine and they removed them in a few days.

If the contact info is bogus, get eBay to suspend them
Make sure you give a very business-like response to the first one, for the time-being.
This kind of neg feedback bombing is not allowed, so it will be removed.
Do you think this might be a competitor in disguise? Or someone with a grudge? Try and get as much information as you can so you can figure out what to do. They can always come back under another ID.
This is a situation where it might be a good idea to sic a collection agency on their sorry azzzz just to make sure they understand that you don't play lightly and won't be messed with. Funny how the thread of a credit report being messed up seems to sober up some people. I don't do this unless there's an extreme situation but I've done it and been glad I did. Saves a lot of aggravation for future sellers and prevents those bad apples from playing their games again.
