Question
This is so strange because this person bid on auction after auction until they finally won the item they were trying to get. (We are crafters and list similar items over and over again)... Now, although I have emailed the auction winner and sent a reminder, I today have finally had to start the npb process. I don't get many npb's but this one really has me perplexed because of the tenacity of how they bid... They have no feedback and they became a registered user at Ebay on the day that they place the very first bid.
What is y'all's take on this??

Answer
How long have you waited? It sounds like the person actually did want the item because of the multiple bids. Maybe an emergency came up and they had to go out of town or didn't have computer access?
Answer
It is possible that they haven't been receiving your e-mails due to the way their e-mail spam filter is set. Since you've started the filing process, they should be receiving an e-mail from eBay and that one may get through.
Answer
what is their location some have had no power to do hurricane charley in florida if not after 30 days just file a npb report and get your insertion and final value fees back
Answer
The buyer resides in Colorado, and I have even gotten their contact info and called and left messages for them to get back to me. Nothing at all. Anyway, I think I have done my part and have begun the npb process...
This is the first one of the summer... which is rare .... for us anyway... Last summer we had scads of them... Let's hope that they will contact us soon.
