Hmmm... sounds to me like you have to sign up for ChannelAdvisor to get this deal unless I'm reading it wrong.
earthfragments - in teeny tiny print on the third page I had to click to it said:
" *Marketplace upgrade and closing fees still apply during the offer period."

That's how I read it too. Without ChanelAdvisor you only get the discounted listing fees.
