I tried to call ebay as some had said to do but they said you are calling about suspension etc this is handled by email only so I hung up I guess there is just no reason to call right?

well, after I got done having a good cry, I would get on the phone again, and try again
then I would cry again
then I would go to live help...
and if that didn't work I would go to live help again, and again, and again...
then if that didn't work I would hire a lawyer to do it for me.

This has been going on for 10 days I havent slept I have cried talked to live chat about 20 or more times
emailed safe harbor and all parts of ebay a zillion like chat told me to do then ebay tells me that it was a to email them more than a few times
I called ebay just now and the woman could tell me nothing but wait for them to email me back
so I am at square one I have customers who are going to be upset as to where their items are bit I dont know who they are since I cant view anything

actually, ebay has notified all your customers and told them not to complete the transaction with you.

it will work out, persistence and tenacity are important.
try this....a different approach, obviously can't hurt.

When this happened to me...I called and cried too and finally some1 told me to just leave it alone as every time you email them you get pushed to the back of the line ... after I listened to that advice it seemed to work. I got an answer and got reinstated. It was definitely a pain..but of course monetarily (is that spelled right?)worth it!!! Good luck... when this happened I just went and sold on Amazon which is kinda a pain since it takes forever for your profits to be deposited into checking account and they set the shipping rates, but I did make some money!!!

No No gabs what I had meant was things had ended already hours before they shut me down like buy it now and some things ending early
and yep I figured I will just leave it alone I just hate this I know patience is a virtue its just so hard after 10days and never really yet knowing what item was wrong I have had to just guess

I understand where you are right now. Paypal had my account locked for 30days ( and my husbands account ) so i was selling stuff and couldn't receive the money nor use the money that had come in the night before the locked the account. It was a nightmare I didn't sleep for days all I could talk about was ebay etc

Hmmm I had my ebay account zapped and then got it back and then my paypal got frozen bc of all the complaints from ppl scared over losing their money from the ebay being zapped. Anyho nearly 2 months after the first incident I bounced back but I shudder to count how much money it cost

they might have contacted your previous customers too, when they nailed us, back a few years ago, they went back 2 days and contacted everyone.
