I noticed it last week with one positive that was left and now, this week, another one was left and STILL the number hasn't moved so it is behind by two numbers now.
Here is what it shows:
Feedback Score: 920 *
Positive Feedback: 100%
Members who left a positive: 922 *
Members who left a negative: 0
All positive feedback received: 1012
* I added the astericks myself to show the discrepancy.
Not that this is of monumental importance, but I want those two feedbacks counted, dammit! I paid fees and provided the services for which they were given.

Any chance that your feedback was left by buyers who have already left feedback for you sometime in the past? If so, it wouldn't raise your number count when they left it again.
Nevermind, it wouldn't have the 922 if that was the case.

They've been VERY slow at updating the feedback for the last couple weeks.

The count can be off from time to time. Usually correct itself within a couple of days.

I have been having that problem too, mine has been one behind for almost two weeks, it catches up occasionally, then when another is left, there is goes being behind again.

I'm at 991, actually 993, but two buyers have left positives that are not showing in the count yet. ugh ...I wish eBay would get it together!
