Did have one sale not update correctly for invoicing.

I'm having problems in that my replies to questions from buyers (Ask seller a question.) are coming back to me instead of going to the people who asked the questions. Then I try emailing them direct but most of the time they have spam protection that blocks it. Really is a problem.
