I've glimsped this (below) before when posting an eBay auction but just read it tonight for the first time. What is it and do I have a choice about it? Can it be turned on or off some place and if so where? I'm posting my auction through the eBay site. Thanks!!!

Only way to prevent that PayPal-branded crap from showing up in the header is to NOT accept PayPal for your listing(s).
That intrusion is one of my latest biggie peeves with ebay/paypal.
