I was wondering just last week what was happening with Ethical Technologies as I hadn't heard anything for awhile.
Not a tool I'll use but I like a lot of the people involved with the company and hope they have success with the tools they develop.

Any chance this feature is still in the test phase? I didn't do any digging to speak of, but it did look like almost all the sellers on the Hall of Fame page are Ethical employees.

quite honestley who else would use it ? I can't imagaine anyone seeing value in it other than a close knit group rating each others auctions .
As a seller what possible value could this tool provide ?

Yes, it does seem to be in the testing phase, but like MangoMan said... what purpose does it serve?
They were supposedly developing a tool that would "predict" what bidders would wind up as NPB's and warn sellers with enough time to cancel the bids, and a tool that would "predict" for buyers when their package was to arrive. That's what was said, anyway... and on their site, they have some little games you can play along those lines as well... (toys link) So far, all we have is the addition of aliens to the whackanpb game, the JayandMarieLister (which I'm not even sure that JayandMarie use), and now the "Rate my eBay item" tool....

I first noticed the tool in auctions in mid-December so it's been in use for at least two months. I doubt testing would take that long.

I found it in an auction. It's not linked directly from the main tools page of their site, and if you note the URL on the link, it's an IP URL and not a text URL.
