Lot of new auction site openers have shown up ......lots of advice is given or at least specific areas of concern are pointed out.
Do you sit there with an idea or ideas that you personally feel would make a big difference in helping one become successful..........but have kept it to yourself?
Maybe because you are leaving yourself the option of someday using it yourself?
Maybe because you feel it is good enough to not 'give away' for the questionable reward of you just having an eBay alternative?
I see that Lunarbid has made an attempt to address the 'free labor' issue to an extent with the potential for share ownership

I would share an idea with an owner I trusted.
Just because I don't see an auction site as ever a part of my life.
I don't have the computer skills.
I know I could hire someone, but I'm hands on in the things I do.
So to see a goofup and not be able to fix it would drive me insane.
